1. What CueWisp is
CueWisp is an AI tool that generates business, branding, and marketing suggestions — including idea snapshots, names, taglines, brand voice, color palettes, logo directions, and content. CueWisp provides AI-generated business, branding, and marketing suggestions. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, or trademark advice.
2. No guarantees
Outputs are provided “as is,” are directional, and are not guaranteed to be original, non-infringing, available for use, legally protectable, or successful. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and conducting your own trademark, domain, and legal clearance before commercial use. Generated names and logos are creative suggestions. Check domain availability, trademark conflicts, and local business registration rules before use.
3. Ownership of outputs
As between you and CueWisp, and to the extent we hold any rights in the content generated for your account, we assign those rights to you. Note that purely AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CueWisp to generate content that infringes third-party rights, impersonates real people, imitates the style of living artists, or is deceptive or unlawful. AI-generated testimonials, reviews, or endorsements you use in your own marketing must be truthful and disclosed as required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueWisp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the outputs, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of generated content.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
